Girls Camp is a place bursting with exciting experiences like camp-wide games, action-packed program, swimming in Shoal Lake, camp crafts, and the opportunity to build great friendships.

At the heart of Girls Camp is the opportunity to grow through learning new skills, experiencing creation and enjoying laughter, friendship and the joys of living in community. We also seek to create a fun place for every young woman to build authentic and lasting relationships with God, who loves them and wants them to discover the potential of who they were created to be.

Discovery Girls is a one week camp for girls aged 7-11. This smaller camp on our rustic, Cash Island site provides an opportunity for kids to de-program and just be kids. Days are full of swimming, archery, fort building, arts and crafts and many opportunities to try new things, make new friends and experience the love of God. Campers are cared for by well trained and experienced staff who love the opportunity to connect with kids as they play and learn together.
Girls camp, gives campers a chance to play on the shores of Shoal Lake and experience a variety of new activities. Our caring, experienced leaders and program staff will be with your daughter as they swim, play wide games, and gain canoeing and wilderness skills. Campers experience archery, kayaking, crafts, fishing and the warmth of God’s love as they live in community on MacKinnon Island. Your daughter will also get to experience an overnight canoe trip with her cabin group to one of our neighboring islands.
Classic Girls allows girls aged 9-16 a chance to live, learn, and play on the shores of Shoal Lake. Days will be filled with swimming, wide games, songs, stories and a chance to experience the love of God on Mackinnon Island. Your daughter will have opportunities to try archery, kayaking, fishing, arts and crafts as well as many other activities. Campers participate in canoeing and wilderness skills classes and will have chances to earn levels as they gain skills. Our caring and experienced leaders bring each cabin group out for a canoe trip on Shoal Lake. Length of the trips depend on the age and skill levels of the campers and are between 1 and 5 nights. Red cross swimming lessons are available during this camp for an additional fee.
